The Family Division is in the civil courthouse in Atlantic City, not in Mays Landing, where the criminal courts and the sheriff are.

The county lists parking lots on North Carolina Avenue, across from the courthouse, and on New York Avenue between Atlantic and Pacific Avenues. Street parking is limited.
