Spouse's Signature Not Needed

How to file for an uncontested divorce in NJ

Short answer

You file a Complaint for Divorce, with a few other forms, at the Family Division of the Superior Court in your county. You pay the $300 court fee, then your spouse is notified. You can file in person, by mail, or online. We prepare the whole package, and you file it.
